Dearie,

Yes it's been a long time since I've written here. and so much has happened and kept me busy. My interests changed from one awesome guy to another and now I have a boyfriend. That feels really strange to write in a letter to a daughter, a daughter I don't have yet but I feel is promised to me. with the friend i mentioned earlier, I came to a realization that I wasn't right for him. This boyfriend, Josh, this one is different. Everything is different about this relationship. When it comes to boys, always remember--friendship first. Get to know through a friendship.

God has a sense of humor. always remember that. You'll always be reminded. Be observant, and take note of things you like about guys and things you don't. even the little things. Be ready to be suprised by God and give everything over to him in prayer. Be open and be on your guard. Focus on God and you'll walk in the right direction.
